I have been seeing Alice at Acuworx for about two months now and am such a fan! I am a runner who seems to always have something bothering me, and after trying massage, strength work, and time off to resolve my tight hamstring to no avail, I decided to give acupuncture a try since it's worked for me in the past. Alice took time to listen to what was bothering me, do some diagnostics, and develop a plan. We've done acupuncture with e-stim, infrared therapy, and cupping to try to alleviate the tightness, and it worked!! I'll continue to see Alice throughout my marathon training to make sure I get to the starting line healthy!
In addition to the great care, the studio itself is really relaxing, and everyone I've interacted with has been wonderful. I highly recommend Acuworx for your acupuncture needs!
