“Now 4 appts in, I'm glad I started…”

I'm not very good at self care nor do I even particularly notice when there is a problem in my body. But finally I was forced to acknowledge my tmj and jaw issues were causing discomfort to my life. My sister in law recommended acupuncture and to jump start me (Bc I would have never done it on my own) got me a gift certificate to acuworx. Now 4 appts in, I'm glad I started, skepticism and all. My acupuncturist Emily is lovely and really listens to my concerns. It feels like a treat to myself to be able to place my body on the top of my priority list. The venue is calming and has a welcoming vibe. Very tranquil. If you've been considering giving acupuncture a shot, I would go for it, and do it at Acuworx. - KA on Yelp
